Juuust kidding- crafts in our house are usually a chaotic whirlwind and pumpkin spice lattes are to be drunk cold and in place of lunch later if they’re even remembered. Sigh.

Halloween Paper Plate Spider Craft
I LOVE this craft. Why? It's no fail. Like seriously, you cannot mess this up! And I've messed up many a craft in my day. The materials are simple, you probably have them on hand. If you don't have black paint, use a black marker! You can even color some paper black if you don't have black construction paper. OR make a brand new rainbow spider. Don't let the black deter you ?

Paper Bag Monster Puppets
Paper Bag Monster Puppets require paper bags, acrylic paint, colored card stock paper, scissors, markers, circle punches, glue and a big dash of creativity! There's a lot of things you can switch out if you don't have it- like the cardstock paper, just use construction paper if you don't have that. These are super cute and fun to make!

Guys. This craft is good for ANYONE who isn't crafty. Pinkie swear! All you need is aluminum foil, black paper, googly eyes and tape. Your kids will love crunching up the foil and seeing their cute spider come to life!

This craft requires a little bit more patience, cutting and glueing but comes together fairly quickly. You'll need craft sticks, construction paper, scissors, glue, marker, googly eyes. Perfect for 3-5 year olds!

Wooden Spoon Bat Craft for Halloween
These bats are so cute and don't take a lot of work. There is a printable bat template so you don't have to draw the wings- major bonus points! For this craft you will need wooden spoons, construction paper, googly eyes, paint, tape and scrap white paper. Allow time for paint drying!

You'll need craft foam sheets, magnets, clothespins, black paint, paint brush, glue, scissors and googly eyes for these Clothespin Bats. You can skip the magnets if you don't care about putting it on the fridge!

These Pom Pom Popper Ghosts are ridiculously cute and will provide lots of entertainment! You'll need paper cups, balloons, double sided tape, electrical tape, white card stock, sharpie, pom poms, a sharp knife and scissors. We've had good luck using mini marshmallows in place of pom poms 🙂

Jack 'O' Lantern's with glowing noses. So cute! You will need white paper cups, orange paint and paint brush, flameless tealights, pencil, black marker, craft knife, craft stick, green pipe cleaner and scissors. These don't require too much work and are the perfect alternative to carving pumpkins!

Halloween Toilet Paper Roll Crafts
Ever wonder what the hell to do with the toilet paper roll when you're done with it? (other than throw it in the trash?)

For Paint Splat Witch's Cauldrons, you may have to hit up a dollar store to get some foam cauldrons and puffy craft paint! Worth it, definitely worth it. You'll also need white cardstock, scissors, school glue and baby wipes. The rhinestones and glitter are optional- are they though?

The Ghost Blow Straw Craft is fun but be prepared if you have a 2 or 3 year old- I mean come on, they get to blow paint through a straw- it's gonna get a bit messy!
You'll need googly eyes, black cardstock or construction paper, black marker, straw and a pipette (or spoon).
