"Breaking news today, Trillionaire Zeus Twane has been hospitalized after taking a very nasty fall while attending a charity event and is currently comatose but health experts believe he will soon come out of. Authorities are conducting-" the female news anchor began to say as a TV in a large room was suddenly shut off, a middle-aged man enjoying a cigar let out a long puff of smoke as he leans back into his large chair in an uneasy way as he tossed the TV remote to the side.
"The job got bungled, and now he is sure to retaliate, what a mess," the aged man remarked while taking a deep puff from his cigar.
"Well, only if he wakes up, sir," a seductive female assistant wearing a tight catsuit with dark gloves and boots said.
"Right, that's where you come in my dear, I want you to get into the hospital and use this to finish the job," he said placing a small black case on his desk.
The female known as Kat ran her hand through her short dark hair as she opened the case, revealing a syringe and a small bottle of deadly poison.
"I get it, add a bit more to his IV, consider it done sir," she said soon slipping the case between her cleavage.
"Get it done, quickly and quietly, capiche?" he asked with a puff of smoke after taking another hit from his cigar.
"Capisco sir," said taking her leave of the room as the man soon lit up another cigar being full of fear.
In another building ran by a different corporation, a very older male enjoying a glass of brandy and had a similar female before him with short blonde hair as they both looked worried at the news story as the TV was soon muted.
"That damn Zeus, he gets up and he is sure to go crazy and head straight to the cops and rat out half our operations! He needs to be silenced!" the man said slamming his glass down after a gulp.
"Well sir, it is only a problem if he wakes up," she pointed out with a smirk as he opened a drawer on his desk.
"Yes... yes, if only he wakes up..." he said pulling something out and placing a small case on his desk. "Use this, the man has worked long enough, time for his eternal retirement," he said as the female known as Gem smirked as she took the case.
"I like to get paid double for this," she said as the man glared at her. "It would be pennies compared what you stand to lose if Zeus awakens," she pointed out.
"Fine! Hell, I'll pay you triple, if only if the morning news story is about Zeus' death!" he said turning the tv off as Gem nodded and went to work.

Both Kat and Gem looked the hospital over, it was extremely well guarded by both Zeus’ men and the police and knew getting in was not simply through the front door. They knew the best way in was to pose as a new nurse who was due to start that night and both headed towards her place to do so as the new nurse was currently lost in a daydream.
"Took years of medical schooling, lots of interviewing but I finally got it! Oh, it is going to be so great to work an actual job!" A bouncy red head named Jenny said as she wore a light pink nurse uniform consisting of a matching t-shirt and pants and with it, she wore white stockings with white low ankle socks for walking cushion and white sneakers.
As she finished her preparations, there came a knock at her apartment door, concerning her as she hurried over to it and slightly parted the door. Upon looking through the opening, she saw Kat as she was dressed in a dark overcoat and flashing a well-made fake police badge.
"Excuse me ma'am, I'm inspector K and I need to talk to you, please open the door," she spoke in a stern voice as Jenny quickly became nervous and shut the door, undoing the chain and opening it fully.
"What’s wrong? Did someone get hurt?" she asked as Kat strolled in, glancing around.
"There may be a drug dealer in the building, and I like to ask a few questions, is there anyone else here but you?" she asked while pacing around the front room.
"No, just me, I was about to go to my first day of my new job," she said as Kat smiled.
"That so? I won't be long; do you know the person down the hallway? The large male person?" she asked, though Jenny was so nervous she was lost in thought in trying to figure out who she meant as Kat slowly slipped behind her while pulling something from her pocket.
"Well, no, I-" Jenny began to say as Kat clamp a wet chloroform cloth over her face, Jenny's eyes widening while Kat kicked the front door closed. "MMPHPMMM!"
"Shhh shh shh, no need to struggle, breath, breath, that's it, nice and deep," Kat cooed as Jenny's struggles slowed quickly.
"Mmphpmmmmmmm...." Jenny moaned out, the drug hitting her hard as her eyes became heavy and her limbs numbing.
"Just a little more..." Kat cooed as she gripped the cloth harder over her nose and mouth as Jenny breathed in more with closed eyes.
"Mphpmmm..." she moaned out as she soon went limp into Kat's arms.
"That's good, just like that, now let’s see if your outfit is a nice fit..." she mused dragging Jenny towards her bedroom, her shoes slipping off in the process to reveal her sock feet and stocking legs. "And heave ho!" Kat said dumping her body on her bed and patted her hands.
Wasting no time, Kat lifted up Jenny's arms, wiggling her shirt upward and off, letting her white bra clad chest land on the bed with a bounce. Grasping her pants by the edges, she wiggled them down her legs and with a sharp tug she pulled them off to reveal her white panties.
"I don't think these are a part of the uniform," Kat mused slipping off her socks and tossing them up by her face as she slowly rolled the stockings down her legs and tugged them off her feet.
"Now, if that chloroform happens to wear off faster than it should," Kat said taking some rope out of her coat and proceeded to tie her up. She lashed the rope around Jenny's wrists and then her ankles, pulling on the rope till her back arched into a tight hogtie and cinched it off.
"Walls look thin, can't have you crying out either," Kat mused as she balled up the two white socks together, soon packing and wedging them into Jenny's mouth as much as she could. She grabbed a nearby discarded white scarf and knotted it and quickly forced the knot against her packed mouth as much as possible and knotted the ends behind her head.
"Heh, shame I have to complete this mission first," Kat mused giving Jenny a light smack on her butt causing her to grunt in her sleep as Kat began to strip herself.
Kat wiggled off her coat, followed by unzipping her boots to reveal black ankle socks. She then slipped her long black shirt up and over her head, followed by quickly slipping off her jeans and then her black ankle socks leaving her clad in red underwear. She then threw on Jenny's outfit along with the stockings, finding the outfit a bit bigger than her normal clothing.
"I'll make it work," Kat said about to slip on Jenny's shoes as there came a knock on her front door, Kat glancing at Jenny who was fast asleep as there was another rapid knock on the door.
"My luck..." Kat growled as she hurried up to the door and opened it ajar to see Gem being on the other side dressed as a delivery person, the original owner of the outfit currently hogtied in their van.
"Delivery!" Gem said holding a large awkward box.
"Ngn, please, bring it in...." Kat said letting Gem enter as the box was soon set down with Gem tapping on a tablet device laying on top of the box.
"Sign here," she said as Kat rolled her eyes, bending over to do so, as she got close enough Gem suddenly did a leg sweep, knocking Kat forward as her face plunged into the empty box where a thick scent of chloroform met her as she was soon smothered with a dark soaked cloth from behind as well.
"MMPHPMMMM!" Kat screamed out, thrashing madly however, given her awkward stance she had no way to fight off Gem.
"Just breath, you're missing your first shift," Gem cooed as Kat squirmed and trashed, unable to break free as she breathed in more of the drug. The chloroform getting to her as her eyes became heavy and her body sluggish.
"Mmmmphpm..." she moaned out, losing her strength as she soon went limp as Gem chuckled, tossing the cloth to the side and grabbing Kat by her underarms.
"Good nurse, now come along," she said dragging her back to the bedroom, coming to a stop as she saw Jenny thrust up on her bed. "Oooh, was the nurse being naughty before her shift? Hehehe, I'll have to make sure to return for some after work fun!" Kat mused as she tossed Kat onto the bed.
She went back to the box and pulled out some ropes and return to the bedroom and smirked at Kat.
Much like Jenny, she lifted Kat's arms up, slipping the shirt up and over her head and then wiggling her pants down. Then after slipping off her stockings, she mirrored Jenny's bonds onto Kat as she took notice of her black socks discarded on the floor.
"No sense in letting them lay about..." she mused, packing the socks tightly into her mouth and using a nearby dark pillowcase to wrap around her lips to keep them held in.
"Mphpmmm..." Kat moaned softly alongside Jenny, both deep asleep in their underwear with their own socks keeping them quiet.
"I know I'll enjoy you two when I return!" Gem mused, giving them both a slap on the ass and used two nearby long black socks to blindfold them both to ensure they stayed good.
"Now then!" she said quickly stripping off the uniform of a brown shirt pulled up and over her arms followed by wiggling her pants down, revealing her purple underwear. She then quickly threw on the nurse outfit along with editing the ID to match her face and then slipped her poison black case between her cleavage. Upon grabbing Jenny's car keys she bolted out the front door to make it to work in time.

"Here we are..." Gem mused reaching Zeus' hospital room, the only guard watching him fast asleep, believing no one would make it past security patrolling the outside.
Slipping inside into the dark room, Gem smirked at the outline in the bed, the person wrapped up in a sheet as she pulled out a small black case from her cleavage. She opened it and grabbed the syringe and prepared the poison by filling the syringe.
"This will send you off without pain," she promised eyeing his IV drip and walked over, soon poking the tube with the needle. As she was about to inject it the lights suddenly turned on, several cops appearing from behind a nearby curtain.
"FREEZE!" they cried out; guns pointed at her as Gem back away confused.
"Wh-What?!" she cried out before two of them slammed her against the wall, her arms twisted behind her back. "Damn pigs! Let me go!" she cried out at them as she was handcuffed, and her rights read to her.
"We knew an assassin would come for him and our hunch was correct!" a detective said as Gem glared at him.
"Damn dirty doughnut eaters! I was just doing my job!" Gem cried out as the detective scuffed.
"Sure you were, shut her up!" he ordered as some nearby medical cotton balls were stuffed into her mouth followed by medical tape was plastered over her lips. "Can't have you disturb the other patients any more than you have, now take her away!" he ordered as they nodded and dragged Gem from the room.
"NRNNRRMRMMR! MMMMMRRMRMRM!" she cried out while thrashing between two officer’s hold as she was led away.
"Send a car over to check her place, hopefully they won't find anything too awful," he said as some cops saluted and hurried off to do that, as Zeus would soon recover and as the syndicates feared, brought his wrath down on them all.
